  • Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Velura has no control over customs fees
  • We cannot predict customs charges for your country
  • Customs processing may add additional days to delivery

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Lost Or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Step 1 — Check your tracking link for updates Step 2 — Check with your local post office Step 3 — Wait 3 additional business days Step 4 — Contact us at support@veluraoil.com

We will investigate and resolve all lost order claims within 5-7 business days.

If your order is confirmed lost we will:

  • ✅ Send a free replacement order OR
  • ✅ Issue a full refund — your choice

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Velura is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error:

  •  Email support@veluraoil.com immediately
  • Include your order number
  • We will do our best to update before dispatch
  • Once dispatched address changes are not possible

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  •  Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email support@veluraoil.com with photos
  • We will send a free replacement immediately
  • No need to return the damaged item

If you order multiple items:

  • All items ship together in one package
  • Bundle orders are shipped as one shipment
  • Subscription orders ship separately each month
